| | I came across this video today while surfing Facebook and this woman is nothing short of incredible! Like a Dove commercial, this woman proudly bears her body while talking about self esteem and body image. I commend her for being able to stand half clothed, in the skin she's in when the society she lives in is telling her that her body is not the ideal shape. She reminds us that beauty comes from within and not even society can tell her that she is anything less than beautiful. She raises an important point at the end of the video. You are what you believe. Your thoughts are what make you who you are. If you think you're beautiful. You are beautiful. If you think you're fat. You are fat. If you think you are perfect just the way you are. Then that is what you are. You are what you create. Create a masterpiece and live it. |
